# How do I create a session via the app?

## How do I create a session through the app?

To create a session live training, team meeting, or online meeting through the app follow these steps:

1.  Go to the **Toolbar** in the app and open **Session**. Click here if you can't find it. 
2.  Click on **+**
3.  Choose a **Session template**. *Click here to see how to create a session template.*
4.  Set the desired **date and time**.
5.  Enter all the **details** of the session e.g. location and city.
6.  **Add participants** if necessary. These people will then receive an invitation on the timeline. Participants can also be added automatically via a journey. *Should you want to do this then call the Wizzflix Service Team to help you set it up.*
7.  **Close** the program.
