# What do groups mean?

Groups are **useful** for introducing **segmentations** in your **organisation**. This way you can easily communicate, plan courses, ask questions and much more with a specific group in your organisation.

- You can **create** as **many** **groups** as you **want**.
- People **can** be in **multiple** **groups**.
For example, someone can be in a department group and the group is newbies.
