How do I add a support tip?

Fill a series with content

Behind each item the user can ask questions, make notes and go to a tab called 'Support'. There you can offer help by adding a tip when building the course.

  • Go to console.wizzflix.com and log in with your manager account
  • Go to menu
  • Choose Series
  • Go to the Series where you want to add the tip
  • Go to the Content tab
  • Click on + item
  • Choose 'Tip' as item type
  • Enter the text you want to give as a tip
  • Add an image if you want to
  • Save the series by going to another tab

The placement of the Tip in the console determines where it appears in the app. But since every item has a support window, we have developed a shortcut that ensures that, among other things, one tip can be seen behind each item throughout the course.

Option 1: Place the tip above the first episode of the course, to see it behind every item of the entire course

Option 2: Place the tip under an episode, to see it behind every item from that episode

Option 3: Place the tip above a page, to see it behind every item on that page

Option 4: Place the tip above an item to see it only behind the item
