My app is slow or sluggish
If your app is working slowly, there could be several things going on. Check the points below to optimise your speed.
Mobile app
- The phone is on power saving mode. In power saving mode, some functions are turned off and some tasks may take longer to complete. If the battery symbol is yellow, power saving mode is on.
- The network connection is slow. A slow network will reduce app performance.
- Not enough storage on the phone can also affect speed.
